I sell to approved homes that meet the requirements needed for a healthy, happy environment for future homes for my puppies.

All sales are on a spay/neuter contract.

All puppies will be vet-checked prior to going to their new home and will receive their first shots and a dewormer. Documentation will be provided.

If in the unlikely chance, a puppy is found with a health need after it is checked by a licensed veterinarian and you still would like to adopt, that puppy’s price will be adjusted accordingly. Alternatively, you will be given the option to be placed on a waiting list for another litter.‍

Deposits on puppies are non-refundable.‍

Improper care, feeding, vaccination, and de-worming or lack of exercise on the part of the adoptee that causes health problems or defects voids all health guarantees.

In the event of a genetic issue, a replacement puppy may be given upon the surrender of the puppy with the health concern; at the breeder's convenience. No refunds will be made.

Proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided if any genetic defects arise. Cotons and Cream must be notified within seventy-two hours of confirmation by a veterinarian; within four months of purchase.

Improper training, handling, or refusal to provide proper training resulting in behavioral problems in the Puppy/Dog, is entirely the buyer's responsibility and Cotons and Cream cannot be held accountable.

Purchasing a Puppy/Dog is a huge responsibility. We screen future homes to the best of our ability but Cotons and Cream cannot be held responsible for impulse purchases.

If the Buyer purchases a Puppy/Dog and later changes their mind, the purchased Puppy/Dog can be returned but will not be refunded.
